An addition

I decided that maybe my thyroid was being a lazy little thing so I opted to add some Iosol Iodine to my process. I started last night with what my body tested out at, 4 drops. That's a lot, considering each drop has 1220% of the FDA recommended amount. When I first started taking control and responsibility for my own health, those kinds of numbers scared me. No longer. I just listen to my body, test, and apply the results.

So, I did that, now you want my results?

I released more weight again, finally. And with results that I thought I was going to get when I first started this hCG diet protocol. So, impressive results. :) I'm down 3 pounds! Mom lost 2 pounds today, too! Hurray us!

Today, I've decided to have the Hidden Valley Ranch Cottage Cheese again with cucumbers. It was tasty and simple.

No loss, again - Lunch menu

Today, again, I have no loss to report. :( So, I stay right where I am. I guess, since I've been near here (this weight) for years and years, there's no harm in just sticking with what I'm doing and seeing how it works out. I'll keep you all informed!

For lunch today, we opted to go the way of vegetarians. I enjoyed cucumbers and cottage cheese. Mom enjoyed much the same thing, but with cherry tomatoes picked from the tomatoe plants just on our deck. I added about 1/4 teaspoon of Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning to our cottage cheese, as there's no fat and no sugars in it. So, since seasonings are allowed, I used it!

Ranch Cottage Cheese & Veggie (90 calories)
100g cottage cheese (90 calories)
1/4 t Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning (or to taste)
Cut up your allowed amount of your choice of veggie (cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, cauliflower - YUM) and dip into the cottage cheese ranch. Enjoy!!


No Loss Days

::sighs:: No loss to report yesterday for me. :( I guess, after gaining and then releasing that much weight, it must be time for a break.

Today, for Mom, there's no loss to report. Interesting how the body just sort "breathes," and opts to do stuff in it's own time, isn't it?
