New Years Loading Days: End of Round!

Congratulations!  You're all in Phase Three (unless you decided to extend your round).  Go you!  Do you like what you see in the mirror?  Feel in your clothes?  How about feel about yourself?  This is always the best part of HCG.  lol.

Tomorrow, you go on 500 calories without HCG, then again the next day.  If you've been taking Homeopathic HCG, you're ready to increase to 800 calories and get a few fats in there.  If you chose injection HCG, you've got a third day of 500 calories, then you start your 800 calories and introducing the oils back into your system.

There's still lots of reminders coming your way about drinking your water - so don't let up, but enjoy your wider variety of foods.  And now you can mix your veggies!  Lol.

Christmas & New Years Groups!

How are you all doing??  Our Christmas group has only 8 days left of their round (unless they choose to extend it)...  Just EIGHT!  Yae you!  Way to go!!

The New Years' Group is more than half way through the round now, too!  You're all doing fantastic!

I wanted to post the calendars so everyone is certain to see what they need to do tomorrow.  Each group has a special message set up just for them on Sundays - a "Spoil Me," so to speak, because you're doing something great for YOU and you should feel spoiled about it, rather than "just" diety (I don't think that's a real word, but it's certainly a real emotion, lol).

Here's the calendars, so you don't have to go searching through the blog:

Happy Less of YOU!!

CDL2010:

First, CDL2010 means Christmas Day Loading 2010.  I'm just trying to differentiate between the two calendars, which are only a week apart!

So, you've been in VLCD now for a few days, right?  How's it going??  The first week or so of following the HCG Protocol is my favorite to hear from people about.  :)  There's so much going on and so much fat getting burned.  Everyone is always so pleased with the results they're getting.

On the calendar, there's a special message for you today.

We hope to hear from you in the comments about how you're doing!!

NYL2011: Last Day of Loading!

First, I wanted to make sure you know that NYL2011 means New Years Loading 2011.  I needed to figure out a way to differentiate between the two calendars/schedules I'm following, which are only a week apart from each other.  That's the solution I came up with.

Today should be your second day of loading, and the last one I've got on the calendar.  If you choose to go three days, of course the whole calendar will be off by a day, but it's *totally* your choice!  Have you clicked on any of those events?  Some of them have messages other than just the title you see below.

In the calendar, I have your to-do list already set for tomorrow.  I didn't mention that, probably, today would be a good day to take stock of the foods you have in the frig/freezer/cupboards and make sure you've got everything for the week's meals...

I suppose I should add that bit, just in case you're not following the blog, but just the calendar, huh?

...

K, that's done!  I'll redirect you to the foods list, so you can print that out and take it with you while you shop.  It just makes it easier if you have the list with you to refer to.  Sometimes, you forget that you *can* have something when you're getting what you're used to.

Thinking about the Holidays

I was just sitting here thinking about the holidays.  You know how the media circulates that people eat LOTS of stuff over the holidays that they wouldn't normally eat, which is why everyone freaks out in January and they all diet like crazy until the summer?

With other diet plans, a pound a week is doing good and considered "healthy."  So, if you gained 20 pounds over the holidays, you'd have to figure FIVE MONTHS of dieting just to get them back off.  But we've all got an ace in our back pockets with HCG.  It truly is a miracle, isn't it?  Gain 20 pounds in 30 days, take 'em back off the next 20.

I'm getting ready to do a Cookie Swap just after Christmas because that's when Daphne comes back home from visiting her (other) relatives and I couldn't fathom leaving her out of such a fun event.  I've gained 5# back from what I lost, which is still within reason, but it's not the 2# that Simeon recommended.  lol.

My brain isn't quite functional right now, so I hope you can follow my thought train, but the whole nine yards led me to think that Christmas or New Years is the perfect Loading Days time!

If you started Christmas Day, you'd be in Lifetime Maintenance ON Valentine's Day.  See:

If you Loaded on New Year's, you'd be all finished *and* probably have all 20 of those pounds back off, your thyroid reset, and completely ready for swimsuit season a full month before Spring arrives.  You'd actually be at your thin state in time for all the Spring Breaks in March!  See:

So, with either option, you're looking all sexy and svelt three months before anyone else is.  How rockin' awesome cool is that??

By the way, if you use Google Calendars, you can just click on that little Google Calendar button at the bottom right of your chosen calendar and it'll open up Google Calendars for you, then ask if you want to add it to your calendar.  :)  Easy, peasy!
