Working on a cookbook

Yesterday and today, I'm working on putting my cookbook together for the Phase 2 recipes I've already posted as well as some that I've not posted. :) Gotta save something for the book, right?

So far, I've got 40 recipe pages all designed and looking good - only 100 more to go! It takes a lot longer than I thought it would for the page design process and such to get done. Luckily, I'll just post to Lulu or Blurb and publish, which should be an easy peasy thing to get done. I HOPE!

Anyway, I'm still making up recipes, but I'm saving those special ones for my book. I include the recipe for my sugar free worscester sauce, a raspberry jelly chicken, a chocolate apple, a caramel apple... I'm even planning a spicy peanut butter chicken!

YES, those are all Phase 2 recipes! They sound great, don't they? I hope they sound great enough that people will buy my cook book. :)

I'm off for now - got recipes to design and a cookbook to finish up so I can get it published.
