- Ice Ice Baby. Make some different flavored ice cubes and pop into your glass or bottle. Even more fun is if you add a little food coloring to it. This little game even gets kids to drink their water.
- Text Me! Set up a schedule to SMS yourself with this tool: http://www.textreminders.net
- Oh Enchanted Evening (or Day). The whole day long, drink your water from stemware, poured from a fancy water jug. You'll feel spoiled, and it's just water!
- Garnished Water. Garnish your water with lemon slices, lime slices, mint, rosemary, cucumber, or tomatoes.

Water Games III
Thought I was done with the Water Games? Hahaha! Here's some more for you. Are you having fun yet?

Water Games II
Tried out any of those Water Games yet? I have a few more for you!
- Flavor Game I. This one is to find out how temperature affects the taste of water. You may find out that you like water hotter or colder than just tap! Make sure you use water from the same source for all the different temperatures. You'll need a glass or cup of water at these temperatures:
- Room temperature (just let a glass sit on the counter for an hour or so)
- Iced
- Hot water heated over a stove top
- Hot water heated in the microwave
- Refrigerated water
- Tap water
It's even more fun if you get a bunch of friends together to try it out together. You'll be amazed at how different the waters taste, even though they're all from the same place.
- Flavor Game II. Add some flavor to your water! You can add all sorts of things to it to get your 64oz in. Pure water is always the best choice, but if you just can't endure the taste (or non-taste) of it, add one or two of these:
- Flavored Stevia (orange, peach, vanilla, root beer, lemon, lime)
- A squeeze of lemon or lime juice
- A wee little bit of stevia and a wee little bit of apple cider vinegar (it's not bad if it's diluted enough)
- Part of a bullion cube (to taste, of course)
- A pinch of celtic sea salt
- Fooling the world. If you're into controversy and pushing people's buttons, go get a flask and fill it with water. You'll be the talk of office if you try that one! (Just be sure to let your boss know in advance so there's no trouble...)

Water Games
Getting at least 64oz of water in each day is a daunting task unless you plan it out. Sometimes you plan carefully, but I think it's better to make a game of it. Here's some Water Games for you to try out.
- Get a water buddy! Select someone you contact several times a day and create an agreement to make sure you start your conversations with a glass of water in hand & that you won't finish your conversation until the water is gone.
- Break Chugging. Sounds funny, doesn't it? The gist is that every time you feel the need to "go," you grab your bottle of water and chug at least three big gulps before entering the bathroom and three big gulps after you leave the bathroom. The great part about that is that it creates a cycle for the need to "go" sooner!
- Commercial Sports. When you sit down to watch TV, make sure you've got a big glass of water next to you. *Every* new commercial, take a drink of water. Since there's several commercials in a commercial break, you should be able to get 3-6 drinks of water in that time.
