Zevia Coupon Today!

I've got a coupon for you to go try out Zevia.  Zevia is the soda made from stevia.  They've got all kinds of flavors available now and they're a real treat while you're in Phase 2 (and Phase 3, come to think of it).  They're just a little on the expensive side, though, so when I saw the coupon, I wanted to make sure that it was available to all of you, too.

Cola Marinade

Today's lunch was a great success. I'm sure you're all going to love it, but it does take a little planning so the chicken marinates overnight in the sauce. I think it would be great with steak or roast beef, too!

Cola Chicken (110 calories)

100g chicken (110 calories)

1 can of Cola Zevia

4 large garlic cloves

1T worcester

1t liquid smoke

1/4t chili powder

1/4t salt

3 drops Valencia Orange Stevia

1/2 onion cut, into half rings

Put everything except the chicken into a bowl and mix thoroughly. Place chicken in the marinade, cover, and refrigerate over night. Cook at 350* for 30 minutes or until done!
