Reiki

Another thing I use, similar to Quantum Touch, is Reiki. It's more gentle and nurturing. I found a site who offers remote healing sessions at no cost. You do have to give them your name and email address, but I didn't get a whole bunch of spam from them, so I feel confident in sharing this resource with you.
