Help! I can't "Go!"

There's quite a few people encounter, during VLCD especially, the inability to have a bowel movement.  It's not pleasant, to be sure.  We've tried lots of things to correct that problem but also found that there's not a single thing that seems to correct it every time.  So all the things we've come up with, tried, and seen from other people, are all in one place now!
