P4 Delectableness

For everyone in P1 (Loading Days) or toward the mid to end of their P4, have I got a recipe for you! It's one of my family's favorites and, in my not-so-humble-opinion, can beat just about any brownie recipe out there. Anywhere.

Brownies Delectable

9x12 (double to cookie sheet) 350 degrees 25 mins

¾ cup butter

1 ½ cup sugar

1 ½ tsp vanilla

3 eggs

¾ cup flour

½ cup cocoa

1 ½ tsp salt

Mix butter, sugar, vanilla, eggs. Sift in flour, cocoa, salt. Frost with frosting below.

Quick Cocoa Frosting

½ cup butter

2 cup sugar

2 tbsp cocoa

½ cup milk

Cream butter, sugar, cocoa together in saucepan. Add milk and bring to boil. Boil 1 ½ mins. Remove from heat and beat until begins to thicken. Ice immediately.
