Orange Chicken Stir-Fry

K, here's the lunch recipe for today!

Orange Chicken Stir-Fry (110 calories)
100g chicken, cut up (110 calories)
2T Braggs' Liquid Aminos
2c cabbage
1/4c water
8 drops orange stevia
1t Knox gelatin
1/8t salt
1/4t ground ginger
In medium skillet, sauté chicken in Braggs' over medium high heat for a few minutes until almost done. Add cabbage and fry for another two minutes. Mix all remaining ingredients together well in a glass and be sure to get the knox gelatin well dissolved, without lumps. Reduce heat to medium, add sauce mix, and cover for about 5 minutes. Sauce should be thickened to a nice glaze when done.
