Correction Options & Interrupts

There are several options for the final day(s) of an interrupt if you find you've gained a little back.  Here's a quick overview of the ones I use the most often...

  1. Steak & Cheese - 8-10oz steak and up to 4oz of cheese for two meals (skip breakfast, eat lunch & dinner)
  2. Steak & Apple - Starve until dinner, then have an enormous steak and at least 2 apples.
  3. Steak & Tomato - Starve until dinner, then have an enormous steak and at least 2 large tomatoes.
  4. Apple & Cheese Day - Up to 4oz cheese along with at least 2 apples for each meal (breakfast, lunch, and dinner).

With all of them, don't forget to drink your water so your body has something to flush out the weight with!

There is one more I'm working on...  Yah, another test and the results coming up soon!  Hehehe.  I love testing & finding things that work that no one else discovered.  That's just the best feeling.  It's not ready yet; just a little more testing before it's released into the world for everyone to use.

Wouldn't it be nice to have more options??

I'm working on it!

  1. I always do a chicken day correction. And each time I loose 2 1/2 to 3 lbs. I like being able to eat through out the day
I found it on this site :

  3. On an apple and cheese day, do you use regular full-fat cheese or low-fat/fat-free?

  4. So on an apple and cheese day what type of cheese can you/should you eat? Regualr full-fat cheese, low-fat cheese, or fat-free?

  5. FULL fat cheeses! :) I describe them as hard cheeses (think: romanos, parmeseans, sharp cheddars, dubliners)

  6. Awesome! Thanks for the information. I am not very fond of steak, so the thought of having to do a steak day scared me. I am so glad that you found this alternative because I love cheese and apples!
