This morning, I got on the scale and I'm at 287.8. My last day on phase 2, I was at 290.0. I'm continuing to lose weight even on Phase 3. I know you're supposed to do the steak day if you gain more than 2# in Phase 3, but what about losing more than 2#?
I'm eating around 2000 calories and still lightly exercising. I eat until I'm satisfied, then I stop. So... I guess I'll just leave it be, wait & see.
Today, I'm working on some more recipes for the book. I figure that I can get them all done and publish this book inside of the time I'm on Phase 3. Of course, that's only 2 1/2 weeks away now!
Yikes! I better get busy!
