Jay - you posted a comment on my blog about 72 hours of VLCD after HCG, so I wanted to respond. I used the homeopathic version of HCG and I have been told that since it stays in your system less time than the Rx HCG, you only need to do 48 hours of the VLCD after you take your last dose of drops. Hope that helps.
