This protocol is not hard to understand. There are a few basic rules.
- Know when to take your hCG drops and how much and be consistent. It is the key to the program. Three times a day, morning, noon and night....10 - 45 minutes before consuming a meal.
- Eat only whats on the list of approved foods.
- Eat only the approved amounts. Weigh out the meats, measure the vegetables.
- Do not mix your meats or vegetables. So you have chicken and zucchini for dinner. Not chicken and zucchini and tomatoes!
- DRINK WATER!!
- Weigh every day and measure once a week on the same day each week. Watch the weight drop and the inches vanish.
Folks, this is your body. Why mess with it if you aren't serious about it? This diet program will work but you need to know what you are doing before starting it so you can be prepared to succeed. If you do it right, you will not have cravings or be hungry.
If you just can't wrap your mind around the program, then don't bother! You will be wasting your time and money.
For some of you, this is just another opportunity to fail and you are doing a good job of it. You can make up any excuse for not succeeding. Don't let this be just another diet that wasn't convenient or didn't fit into your lifestyle. It's way too easy to sabotage yourself that way and never lose the weight that is weighing you down.
So, get serious.
If you need help and support then of course reach out. If you are one of those that has until now just decided to diet the hCG way and haven't done your homework then do it now. All the information you need is on Jayme's blog and she is happy to help you but get the knowledge you need. Don't wait! It's your body, your story, and your responsibility to yourself.
This is the best blog on this protocol I have seen! It has convinced me to try the HCG diet! I have lost 30 lbs by myself and I have another 85 lbs to go.
ReplyDeleteWhy haven't you got a million comments?!!
Yae!! I'm so glad that I could inspire you to try it out! I can't say enough great things about it. It's easy, easy, easy. There's not really any hunger after the first 2-3 days on the VLCD (very low calorie diet). I've had only cravings twice - once because of my cycle (CHOCOLATE!) and the other day, I just wanted a piece of really good quality cheese (Dubliner's). You should definitely contact Tami, my nutritionalist, at Daniel's Health Store to get your hCG - by far the least expensive and has really great quality. You can contact her at 541.386.7328 or email at daniels at gorge dot net.
