Well, today, I'm at my 40 pound mark. Yae!!
I'm saving all the recipes I'm coming up with for print in my recipe book, so I can't share the recipe, but I'm making Non Ton Soup today for lunch (a knock off of won ton soup, normally made with ground pork and won ton wrappers, which are sort of like 5" square noodles that you put the meat into).
Where the details are still being worked through, I'm sure it'll be delicious when it's finished. :)
