Apple Chips
So, it's time to figure out some ways to make eating while on this protocol a little more portable. It's all well and good if you can just stay home and make all your meals. It's not so cool for anyone who needs to eat *gasp* at work or while out on vacation!
I'll start with desert, just because it's an easy place to start. Here's the sharesies:
Apple Chips
1 apple, cored
Juice of one lemon
10 drops cinnamon stevia
Preheat oven to 300°F. Cut apples as thinly as possible, crosswise into circles. Set aside. Mix lemon juice and stevia together, then brush onto one side of each apple slice. Place sweetened side down on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Bake until golden brown, about 12 minutes.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate as they become soft and sticky.
